Senator Garcia moved to amend the amendment on page 3, section 1, line 52, after the word “alien” by inserting the words “for financial or material benefit and”;

On page 3, section 1, lines 54 through 59, by striking out all of paragraph (B);

On page 3, section 1, line 60, by redesignating paragraph (C) as paragraph (B);

On page 4, section 1, lines 72 through 75, by striking out all of subdivision (10);

And,

By renumbering the remaining subdivisions.
